Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. Check the product, selected variant, quantities, dimensions, and order total before submitting your order.

Review the dimensions, materials, capacity, load limits, assembly requirements, included pieces, and care instructions for the exact item. For powered products, check the stated electrical requirements. Confirm suitability for your available space and intended garment-care task before purchase.

Screen settings and measurement methods may cause minor display variations, but products must conform to their description and applicable legal requirements. A material mismatch is not excused as a display variation.

The applicable price, currency, discounts, shipping, and taxes collected by the store are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment options are described on our Payment & Security page.

Price or availability changes generally apply to future orders. If a material error is identified in an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and available choices rather than charge an increased amount without your agreement.

For ironing, steaming, or other heated or powered products, check electrical compatibility and the permitted fabric and operating conditions. Keep hot surfaces and steam away from skin and follow the manufacturer instructions for cooling, cleaning, and storage.

Keep equipment and small assembly parts away from unsupervised children. Do not climb or stand on storage or drying products. Inspect equipment regularly and stop using damaged items. Contact our team if a product specification or instruction is unclear.

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

If you have a concern, contact our support team so we can review it. These terms do not require you to give up statutory complaint procedures, access to competent courts, or protections available in your country of residence.

We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version and update date. The terms provided when your order was placed apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed.
